Description

President Obama announced the ConnectHome initiative in July 15 as a public-private partnership to increase broadband adoption for school age children in HUD-assisted housing. Through ConnectHome, the Department of Housing and Urban Development has brought attention and resources to digital equity efforts in public housing. Panelists will share the challenges, lessons learned and opportunities created from Connect Home, particularly those that are useful to non-Connect Home cities.
