Description: More than 18 million older Americans remain offline. Such factors as lower income and educational levels make it more difficult for the most vulnerable segment of our population to take full advantage of what has become an essential communications tool. We will jimp start the conversation with Senior Service America, Inc. (SSAI) sharing important lessons gleaned from their peer coaching approach for reaching hard-to-reach seniors and using low-income participants in their Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP).This has proven to be an effective way to leverage resources.
